If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled past the 48-hour period, there is a service fee of 50%. All no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. There is a grace period of 5 minutes, if you are past the grace period you will be asked to reschedule and pay a service fee of 50%. All consent forms need to be filled out before coming in. They are sent via the email on file from Gloss Genius. No extra guest allowed; this includes children as well. If you bring an extra guest that is not receiving a service, you will be asked to reschedule. If you are paying with a card on file there is a card fee, if you want to avoid this I do accept cash.
